These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 7cb governing your use of the 7cb platform, including all gaming services, financial transactions, promotional offers, and account operations. By registering an account with 7cb or accessing any part of the platform, you agree unconditionally to these terms. Please read them thoroughly before proceeding.

All financial transactions on 7cb are processed in PKR. Members must use payment methods registered in their own name — JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK are accepted. Third-party payment sources are strictly prohibited.
All 7cb promotional offers are subject to specific wagering requirements and time limits. Bonus funds must be played through the stated multiplier before withdrawal eligibility is granted. Abuse of bonus systems results in account review and potential forfeiture.
7cb employs automated fraud detection and manual review processes. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors, engage in collusion, or use prohibited betting systems will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all related winnings.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 7cb holds its international gaming licence. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the 7cb Platform — including completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with 7cb's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 7cb Platform and, if you have registered an account, contact 7cb customer support to request account closure. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
To access the Gaming Services provided by 7cb, you must register a member account. Registration requires the provision of accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid contact number and email address.
3.1 Single Account Policy
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) 7cb account only. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, a different name, or using a different payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 7cb reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate accounts and to void all associated transactions and balances at its sole discretion.
3.2 Account Security
Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. You must not share your 7cb username, password, or two-factor authentication code with any third party. 7cb will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised account access resulting from a Member's failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 7cb immediately via live support or email.
3.3 Accuracy of Information
Members must ensure that all account information remains accurate and up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information — including misrepresentation of identity, age, or payment method ownership — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance, winnings, or pending withdrawals associated with that account.
Age Restriction: 21+ Only. Access to all 7cb Gaming Services is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. It is illegal and a violation of these Terms for anyone under the age of 21 to register an account or use the 7cb Platform in any capacity.
7cb employs age verification procedures at registration and may request documentary evidence of age at any time, including CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification. Where a Member is unable to satisfactorily verify their age, 7cb reserves the right to suspend their account and withhold any withdrawals pending verification completion.

The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change and Members should consult the cashier section of their account for the current list of active options.
5.1 Own Payment Methods Only
Members must only deposit using payment accounts and banking instruments registered in their own name. Deposits made from third-party payment sources — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any other individuals — are strictly prohibited. Any such deposits identified by 7cb's transaction monitoring systems will be refunded, the account reviewed, and the Member's ability to withdraw may be suspended pending investigation.
5.2 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount at 7cb is Rs 200 per transaction. 7cb does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your payment provider (e.g. JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, for which 7cb bears no responsibility.
5.3 Deposit Processing Times
JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to the Member's 7cb account within sixty (60) seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes during standard banking hours. Processing times may be extended during public holidays or periods of high transaction volume.
Members may request withdrawals of their available real-money balance (excluding any uncleared bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) at any time through the cashier section of their 7cb account.
6.1 KYC Verification Requirement
Before processing any withdrawal, 7cb may require the Member to complete KYC identity verification by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued identification document (CNIC or passport), proof of address, and verification of the payment method to be used for withdrawal. This requirement applies universally and is not a discretionary measure applied selectively. Members are advised to complete KYC verification proactively to avoid delays when a withdrawal is requested.
6.2 Withdrawal to Matching Payment Method
Withdrawals will, in all circumstances, be processed back to the same payment method used to make deposits into the 7cb account wherever technically feasible. 7cb does not permit withdrawal to a different wallet or bank account than that from which deposits were made, except in circumstances where the original payment method is no longer available, in which case supporting documentation will be required.
6.3 Processing Timeframes
7cb targets the following withdrawal processing times from the point at which the request is approved by the finance team: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — within sixty (60) minutes; Bank Transfers — within three (3) to twenty-four (24) hours during business days. VIP Members with Gold tier and above may be entitled to expedited withdrawal processing as per their VIP tier benefits. 7cb reserves the right to extend standard processing times where additional due diligence is required.
6.4 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and Member tier and are displayed in the cashier section of the Member's account. Members wishing to withdraw amounts above their standard limit should contact 7cb customer support to arrange a facilitated withdrawal process.
7cb offers promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback rewards, and VIP programme benefits from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
7.1 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to a Member's account are subject to wagering requirements before they — and any winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to any bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Members should review these terms carefully before opting into any bonus offer.
7.2 Bonus Abuse
7cb actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using bonus funds exclusively on low-risk or exclusionary betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, and coordinating with other Members to exploit promotional structures. Any Member found engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus funds and associated winnings voided, and their account may be permanently suspended.
All sports bets, live bets, casino game rounds, and other Gaming Service transactions placed through a Member's 7cb account are final upon confirmation and may not be reversed, amended, or cancelled after the fact by the Member, except where 7cb's specific game or sport rules expressly provide for such an option.
8.1 Palpable Errors
7cb reserves the right to void any bet, game round, or transaction that was placed or accepted as a result of a manifest error — including but not limited to an incorrectly displayed odds price, a software malfunction, a live data feed error, or a human input error. Where a palpable error results in a win that would not have been payable under correct conditions, 7cb reserves the right to void the bet and recover any funds paid in error.
8.2 Cricket & Sports Betting Rules
7cb's cricket sportsbook covers PSL matches, Pakistan national team fixtures, international Test cricket, and major tournaments including the Asia Cup. All cricket bets are governed by 7cb's Cricket Betting Rules, which address match abandonment, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method adjustments, dead heats, and postponements. Members are advised to consult the full Cricket Betting Rules in the Help section of the 7cb Platform before placing bets on live events.
8.3 Live Casino Rules
All 7cb Casino live dealer game rounds are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round will be settled in accordance with the game result as determined by the live dealer system. 7cb is not liable for disconnections attributable to the Member's internet connection or device.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7cb Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potential permanent closure with forfeiture of all balances:
7cb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to: a breach of these Terms and Conditions, reasonable suspicion of fraud or money laundering, failure to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe, or receipt of a court order or regulatory direction requiring account action.
Where an account is closed by 7cb due to a proven breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed at the Member's own voluntary request and no breach of Terms exists, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Member's registered payment method following the completion of applicable KYC checks.
Members wishing to voluntarily close their 7cb account should contact customer support via live chat or email. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within three (3) business days of receipt. If a Member wishes to self-exclude due to gambling concerns, the self-exclusion tool in the account settings provides an immediate effect mechanism — see Section 11 below.

7cb is committed to ensuring that the platform is not accessed by minors. If you are aware of or suspect that a minor is using the 7cb Platform, please contact support immediately so that the account can be investigated and suspended without delay.
All content on the 7cb Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, user interface designs, promotional materials, and any data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 7cb or its licensors and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the 7cb Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No Member may copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the 7cb Platform's content or software without the prior written consent of 7cb.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7cb shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the Member's use of the Platform, including any loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, regardless of whether 7cb was advised of the possibility of such damages.
7cb does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously without interruption, free from technical errors, or that all game results will be transmitted without delay. 7cb's liability to any individual Member for any claim arising from Platform use shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit 7cb's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data provided by Members to 7cb is governed by 7cb's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by incorporation. By registering an account with 7cb, Members consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.
In summary, 7cb collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, regulatory compliance, and the improvement of Platform services. 7cb does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties. All data is stored in encrypted form in accordance with applicable data protection standards. Members may exercise their data rights by contacting 7cb's data team at the email address listed in Section 17.

7cb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 7cb will provide notice to Members via the registered email address associated with their account and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform at or before the time the changes take effect.
Continued use of the 7cb Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes the Member's acceptance of those revised Terms. Where a Member objects to any amendment, they may close their account in accordance with Section 10 above before the revised Terms come into effect, provided they notify 7cb of their objection and account closure request prior to the effective date.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 7cb holds its international gaming licence.
In the event of any dispute between a Member and 7cb, the Member agrees to first contact 7cb's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within fourteen (14) days of the initial complaint, the dispute may be referred to the dispute resolution process prescribed by 7cb's licensing authority.
